Separating air is Cosmodyne's specialty. Inside its 120,000 square foot facility (11,148 m²) in Torrance, California, the company designs and manufactures air separation plants for every climatic zone in the world. Catering to the commercial industrial gas industry, Cosmodyne's plants achieve production capacities ranging from one to 80 tons (one to 73 tonnes) per day. Due to their compact size, portability, rapid on-site installation, power efficiency and short delivery, these plants fulfill the special needs of industrializing regions.

The company controls its manufacturing process from start to finish to ensure that its products achieve the highest quality. In addition, Cosmodyne can test its products before shipping, guaranteeing performance and minimizing downtime due to unforeseen circumstances.

Established in 1958, Cosmodyne is the inaugural member of the Cryogenic Industries network of companies, and has played a key role in the group's development.
